Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions
- “Service Provider” refers to Helitrax SLU, a company registered in the Principality of Andorra, which offers a paid processing and oversight service for Helisurface permit applications.
- “Applicant” refers to the individual or legal entity submitting the application for a Helisurface permit via the Helitrax SLU website.
2. Service Description
The Service Provider offers a paid processing and oversight service to assist the Applicant in submitting an application for a Helisurface permit to the Préfecture de Police, France. This service is strictly administrative and does not guarantee or influence the outcome of the application.
3. Fees and Refund Policy
The service fee is non-refundable, except in the case where the Applicant cancels the application before the Service Provider submits the dossier to the Préfecture de Police. Once submitted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
The Service Provider is not liable for any refusal, rejection, or delay in the processing of the application by the Préfecture de Police. Any timeframes provided on helitrax.aero are estimates and do not constitute guarantees.
5. Applicant Responsibility
The Applicant is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the application. The Service Provider accepts no liability for errors, omissions, or false declarations submitted by the Applicant. The correct and lawful use of any permit granted is the sole responsibility of the Applicant.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any financial loss or consequence resulting from the refusal, delay, or revocation of a Helisurface permit by the Préfecture de Police or due to incorrect or incomplete application information.
7. Data Protection and Retention
By submitting the application, the Applicant agrees to the Service Provider’s Privacy Policy and consents to the processing and storage of personal data. Application records will be retained for a minimum of three (3) years or for the duration of the permit’s validity, whichever is longer.
8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Andorran courts. In case of discrepancy, the Catalan version shall prevail.
